Hey Folks,
Shelley and I cannot THANK YOU enough for the wonderful
testimonials and support you have given us! I love building and designing magic as
much as you love collecting and performing. Enjoy :)
Chance Wolf

Got the basket today.
It is fabulous. Jack Hughes would not be just proud; he would be envious.
Thanks!

Your first “work of
art” in your new Vintage Recreation series has arrived. Only one word can
summarize what I felt after looking at everything that I received – WOW!!!
Your attention to detail always fascinates me! The inner workings of the basket are
incredible. To imagine you can do all that is described with no electronics is
amazing! I wish I could show the audience the inside of the basket as it is just as
clever as the routine is funny. Having owned an original Hughes Snake Basket, I can
saw that this version is superior in every way. I am glad that both of you
have the talent to construct some of the best manufactured magic props being
constructed today. Your love of magic is very evident in the work you do!

I have received my snake
basket today. Of course the whole day was shot because I started playing with it
in my office. My employees started thinking I have lost it....
During my time as the
owner of "the Magic Hands-Germany" I have held many quality items in my hands. The
finish of the snake equals some of the finer furniture in my house. You must
have spend days sanding and repainting. I do not envy you for that task.
If there was any doubt in
my mind you now have clearly proven that you are not only creative (your kid-show
items are the most hilarious I have ever seen) but that you posses the nack for
quality that will make sure that your company will be around in the future.

My Jack Hughes Snake Basket arrived this weekend
and it is absolutely awesome! This is a beautiful prop worthy of the
wonderful and funny routine Jack created. You got everything right! I could not be
more pleased. I own and have used two other well-known versions of the snake basket.
Both are excellent. Yours is better! Thanks!

I got home late Sunday night from a long weekend in
Baltimore (three hours away) and found the Jack Hughes Snake Basket waiting for me.
I was like a kid on Christmas morning. I didn’t bother to unpack my clothes (just
threw the duffle bag in a corner!) and jumped right on opening the box from you.
WOW! WOW! First
comes the travel case. It promised treasure inside. The case itself was a thing of
beauty as it came from the packing box. Open the case and there it sat. The Snake Basket with
a little pillow atop it.
Let me tell you, I read the instructions (read this first
instructions followed!) and loaded/armed the prop. I walked through each function.
Brilliant! Every feature worked right out of the box! I must admit that it
took two trials to get the knack of working the snake rising mechanism. But then I
am a slow learner! By
midnight and two or three-dozen trials later I decided to put the prop down (and my
thumb was getting tired!) and hit the hay. Chance, the prop is a masterpiece. I especially
like the total look of the item (and the mini-spring-snake is a jewel! I love it!).
Balls fly, cards are tossed,
small snake pops out, and the big snake plays a gag (snake in the grass) as
well as selects two cards all in one compact prop and not an electronic component
used! I really
enjoyed the photo filled CD that accompanied the prop showing a photo of the
original (and fairly primitive) Jack Hughes prop compared to your model. Jack
Hughes was a genius and your re-engineering the original prop is truly brilliant! I
think that you actually made it better. This is quality work from the travel case to the
small spring snake. Quality work makes for quality props that lead to the
confidence to build a quality routine. Your friend and satisfied customer!

As a performer and manufacturer of magic
myself Chance Wolf's recreation of Jack Hughe's original snake basket is one of
the most beautiful props I have ever seen or come across in my entire magic career!
I was so impressed with this prop, and believe that he was practically giving
these away for only a thousand dollars. The detail and quality of the prop was
absolutely superb! After seeing this particular prop first hand, I have a new
found respect for Chance's true ability to create some of the finest magic props
that the world has ever seen! Simply breath taking workmanship! Just amazing
Chance, you have certainly out done yourself this time...!

Hey, Chance & Shelley!
My #3 of only 12 Snake Baskets just arrived. And, believe me it may be numbered #3,
but it's a definite #1! It kept getting better... from the moment I opened
the box and saw the case... to the moment I opened the envelope and saw the
certificate, and production pictures on CD... to the moment I took the neat little
"pillow" out of the basket and saw the inside... to the moment I saw the details
inside the basket... to the moment I "rose" the snake out of the basket (how cute he
was!)... to the moment I looked on the bottom of the basket and saw the engraved
plate with MY #3 of 12 engraved on it. Wow! It's a "two thumbs up" #1!
Thanks!

My Hughes Snake Basket
JUST arrived and to say it is an work of art is an understatement.
Congratulations on recreating - and bringing to a new level - this
entertainment classic. Your attention to detail, quality and craftsmanship
is exquisite. I am looking forward to mastering and performing my Snake
Basket and to your future releases. Many thanks! With best regards to you and
Shelley, Gerrard Nemmo Hoeppner

I am in total awe at how beautiful your recreation turned out. In the
thirty-plus years that I've done magic, I've never been a collector of props.
Though I have had some collectable items and items that exhibited fine
workmanship, I've never before owned a prop that demonstrated this level of
fine craftsmanship until now. The Jack Hughes Snake basket is a work of
art. It is a piece that I am proud to own and that I will show off to fellow
magicians.
From an aesthetic viewpoint I couldn't be happier. From a practical
standpoint it gets even better. My Collector's Workshop Khyber Cobra gathered
dust in my basement. While it is a fine piece of apparatus, the fact that it had
an electronically timed and controlled mechanism always limited my options. What
I like about your Jack Hughes Snake Basket is that I can control the tempo of my
routine. I can also delete actions if I choose not to use them. This opens up
multiple routine possibilities that the Khyber Cobra didn't offer. My mind is
reeling with different ideas I'd like to try.
I still do not consider myself a collector of apparatus so that means I
won't be running out to obtain all of the other Wolf's Magic line. However, what
this experience has demonstrated to me is that if an effect that I am
interested in is manufactured by Wolf's Magic, my purchasing decision will be a
no-brainer. Thanks for a great prop, a fantastic buying experience, and the
great feeling I get whenever I look at my gorgeous snake basket.

I just unpacked the Jack Hughes Snake Basket. I don't like
it. It sucks!!
Joe Long ...
Okay, that was a joke. But the
testimonials were starting to get boring and I wanted to stand apart from the rest.
The best I can say is "what they said". It's beautiful. But to be honest,
it's what I've come to expect, having purchased many of your items in the past year
or so. Many thanks for a really terrific piece of magic apparatus!
