Unfortunately, I did not get too many pics during
production. But enjoy what I do have :)
The
parts have piled up after spending many hours at the CNC
machine cutting. Most of the assembly has been done at this
point. Next step is the Soldering of the wiring. |

Here I am gluing
on parts for the Jumbo Remote Control. I designed a jig that
holds the buttons in place for the gluing. I could have
taken the easy route and used a printed decal but I felt the
3-D dimensional graphics are far superior. Plus I just like
making a job ten times harder than it has to be :) |

The gimmicked
Card Decks begin to take shape as I glue the Cards to the
face. The playing cards were placed into a jig, forming a
tight stack, allowing the CNC to machine out the cutaways
needed for the wiring and doo-dads to fit through. |

Finally, the
project is complete and I am now going through the long
process of packaging. I always forget how long packaging
actually takes until I get to doing the task. |
